Contracts Manager
Introduction
A Contracts Manager oversees the development of sites from land acquisition to completion, ensuring programme, quality and cost targets are met. They manage contracts relating to building projects including negotiating terms and conditions with clients and third parties and drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
- Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
- Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project

- Newly trained contracts managers can earn £25,000 - £35,000
- Trained contracts managers with some experience can earn £35,000 - £45,000
- Senior, chartered or master contracts managers can earn £45,000 - £70,000.
