Plumber

Plumbers are predominantly responsible for the heating and water connections to a new house during its construction

• Installing basic cold water, hot water, sanitation (toilets), rainwater harvesters, central heating systems and sheet lead systems. 

• Installing domestic fuel-burning appliances using gas, oil or solid fuel

• Designing systems

• Complete project design, drawing, specification and estimates. 

A plumber may also be required to fit waterproof materials, joints and flashings to roofs, chimneys and walls.

• Qualified plumbers with experience plumbers can earn in the region of £25,000- £35,000 and up to £50,000.
