About my job
What I particularly love about my job is working with a great team of guys to create superb quality homes and communities. I have been in the building trade since leaving school and have been lucky to climb the ladder within Persimmon, and what’s more - over the years – I have achieved great success.
I have been named the NHBC national site manager of the year for the last two years and regional winner for Wales over the last three years and I couldn’t have achieved this without the training I’ve had and of course a great deal of hard work and commitment.
I’m passionate about the building trade, and would whole heartily recommend it as a great career.
