Customer Service Operative / Co-ordinator / Supervisor
Introduction
Customer Service Operative is accountable to the Regional Customer Service Manager for all maintenance work on properties after the handover has been completed. Carries out inspections. Deals with customers complaints, prepares work schedules, co-ordinates and supervises maintenance work.

Typical Tasks
You'll be required to:
- Make sure that your team isfollowing all applicable policies and procedures with safety as first concern.
- Making sure that all complaints made by consumers are resolved swiftly, expertly, and completely
- Set up the assessment of corrective inquiries as needed to reach an understanding on valid warranty concerns
- Coordinate with the Site Management teams, Customer Care Agents, and outside Sub-contractors to make sure any remedial work is finished quickly.
- Make sure any defects are handled by the proper individuals and in a way that is both cost-effective and efficient by communicating with the head of customer care.
- Make post-completion calls to customers to ensure their happiness.
