Introduction
Making sure that newly constructed homes adhere to NHBC Standards, Building Regulations, and other pertinent laws is the responsibility of a Building Inspector. In your patch, you'll collaborate with the site managers to find and avoid building flaws. Managing insurance risk and building the greatest possible homes for first-time homebuyers are crucial tasks for the Building Inspector.

There are no established entrance requirements to work as a Building Inspector, but you can get ready for your career by taking courses at a university or college, signing up for an apprenticeship, or getting on-the-job training.
