About my job
19 year old Elliott joined Gleeson Homes after completing a two year apprenticeship in bricklaying. He is now in working across Gleeson’s Manchester developments as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager whilst studying part time at university for a HNC degree in Construction. During his Apprenticeship Elliot came second in a regional college competition run by Skills Build to find outstanding trainee bricklayers in the North West.
Elliott is currently assisting Site Managers in the day to day management of the sites. On completion of his degree Elliot would like to become a Site Manager.
